Climate Café Talks – 1: Climate Models

The first of the Climate Café Talks series on “Climate Models: How can we distinguish reliable and unreliable models when foreseeing the climate of the future? (İklim Modelleri: Geleceğin İklimini Öngörürken Güvenilir Olan ve Olmayan Modelleri Nasıl Ayırt Edebiliriz?)” by Prof. Dr. Levent Kurnaz  took place on December 6, 2017 at IPC Karaköy.

Researchers and academics who work on climate change gather every two months to discuss their studies focusing on a specific subject. At Climate Café Talks, they come together to discuss various topics about climate change, from politics to atmospheric sciences, from economics to psychology, on a multi-disciplinary platform.

The Climate Café Talks welcome everyone who is interested in climate change and would like to learn more about in-depth studies. The talks will be held every two months, on the first Wednesday of the month at 18:00 at Istanbul Policy Center.
