Büşra Korkmaz works as an Administrative Assistant at the SHURA Energy Transition Center. Korkmaz graduated from Istanbul Aydın University Department of Social Work in 2021 with a high honor degree and the first of the faculty, and then started her graduate studies at the Department of Social Work with a high honor scholarship in the same year. During her education life, she carried out studies for disadvantaged groups in institutions such as The Ministry of Family and Social Services, the Social Security Institution, The Ministry of Health, and participated in various social research projects. Her article titled ’Social Work Practices and Case Studies in Local Governments in the Pandemic‘ was published in the book ’Social Work Management in Crises'. Before joining SHURA, she worked as a Social Worker at the Social Support Services Directorate of Şişli Municipality.
