The event ''From Farm to Table: Food, Culture and Politics Talks - Guest Table or Lasting Legacy? Immigrants and Food Culture'' took place on May 20 at IPC Karaköy with the participation of Susan Rottmann,  Zeynep Yılmaz Hava and Asma Hedi Nairi and moderated by Zafer Yenal.

IPC and Tarih Vakfı continue to organize the monthly ''Minerva Talks: Istanbul in History'' series. The discussion titled ''Collecting Istanbul: Postcards, Photographs," moderated by Ayşe Köse Badur and Ayşe Özil, was delivered by Seyhun Binzet and Cengiz Kahraman on February 27 at IPC Karaköy.

IPC organized a conference titled ''Reading Istanbul in Literature: Place As the Political Memory of Loss and Disappearance'' which was delivered by Ayşegül Devecioğlu, and moderated by Seval Şahin on December 23, at IPC.
