Mapping the State of Open Data in Turkey

Open data has become an important yet often overlooked part of the infrastructure of modern states, used by state agencies, the private sector, and civil society alike. This project aims to gain a broader understanding of the current state of open data in Turkey from an international perspective. The aim is to provide an overview of the existing data sources and obstacles in the open data environment, and to promote dialogue between users and providers of public data.
