The Initiative hosted the fourth meeting of the "Plastocene Talks" seminar series, “Plastic Pollution, Waste Collectors and Environmental Justice (Plastik Kirliliği, Atık Toplayıcıları ve Çevresel Adalet)” convened by 2025/26 Mercator-IPC Fellow Sedat Gündoğdu. The event was held on April 8 at IPC Karaköy with the participation of Ali Mendillioğlu and moderated by Sedat Gündoğdu.

The Initiative organized the closed roundtable discussion “The German Islam Conference: Dialogue, Integration, and the Future of Institutional Engagement with Muslim Communities” convened by 2025/26 Mercator-IPC Fellow Burcu Karakaş on March 31 at IPC Karaköy.

The nineth Brown Bag Seminar organized by the Initiative featured a presentation by 2025/26 Mercator-IPC Fellow Jacopo Franceschini titled “Cybersecurity and Healthcare in Turkey” on March 25 at IPC Karaköy.

Damla Bayraktar Aksel and Ali Baydarol were hosted at the "Nasıl Bir Dünya? Nasıl Bir Türkiye?" program titled “Connectivity Without Human Mobility: Turkey-EU Relations and the Political Limits of the Middle Corridor” organized by the IPC-Sabancı University-Stiftung Mercator Initiative in cooperation with Medyascope.
