Received his B.A degree from Bilkent University Political Science and Public Administration Department, M.A degree from Suffolk University in International Relations, PhD from Hacettepe University, department of Political Science. Following his PhD studies, he worked as a post-doctoral researcher at Nottingham University, Department of Politics and International Relations. Currently, he is teaching at Başkent University, Department of Political Science and International Relations. His academic work was published in international journals such as Party Politics and Journal of Balkan and Near Eastern Studies. In 2020, he started working at CBN as a political scientist. Since May 2021, he has been working at CBN as Research and Policy Development Coordinator.
