The Initiative hosted the fifth session of the Political Ecology Seminar Series, inititated by 2021/22 Mercator-IPC Senior Fellow Fikret Adaman, featuring a presentation by Pat Devine, Honorary Research Fellow at Manchester University, on "A Post-Capitalist Journey in Tackling Ecological Problems" on November 21 at IPC Karaköy.

The Welcoming of the 2025/26 Mercator-IPC Fellows was held on October 16 at  Sakıp Sabancı Museum with the Keynote Speech “Looking Ahead: Turkey, Europe and the War in Ukraine” by Prof. Ivan Krastev.
