Sena Serhadlıoğlu is working as a Senior Energy Analyst at SHURA Energy Transition Center. Prior to joining SHURA, Sena worked as an Engineering Manager at the Engineering and Technical Advisory Team of the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB). Her role at the TSKB considered conducting technical due-diligence and evaluating the environmental and social impacts of either consultancy or investment projects. She also contributed in preparing preliminary studies during the fundraising processes of various international financial institutions. She worked as a technical advisor in the wind energy sector before working for TSKB. Sena started her professional career at DNV GL where she conducted technical feasibility studies for various green-field wind energy power plants. Afterwards, she joined 3E Türkiye as a business developer in renewables.
Academically, Sena holds a BSc degree in Environmental Engineering from the Istanbul Technical University, a MSc degree in Quantum Engineering and Systems Science from the University of Tokyo and a DPhil degree in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford.
