Bruegel and the IPC-Sabancı University-Stiftung Mercator Initiative organized the panel discussion titled “EU-Turkey Energy and Climate Dialogues” on January 17, 2019 at IPC Karaköy. The event was based on the paper “What is the cost of capital for wind energy investments in Turkey?” written by Gustav Fredriksson, Simone Tagliapietra, and Georg Zachmann.
