The report Turkey’s Path to Prosperity in 2023: How to Avoid the Middle-Income Trap Through Inclusive Economic Growth which was written as a part of Turkey 2023: A Trilateral Task Force project that was established by the Center for American Progress in Washington D.C., Istanbul Policy Center in Istanbul, and the Istituto Affari Internazionali in Rome, was launched with U.S. Ambassador John Bass, on July 20, 2016 at IPC.

Turkey 2023 is part of “Turkey in Europe and the World—A Trilateral Initiative” funded by Stiftung Mercator.
