Increasing the Competitiveness of Industry with Renewable Energy in Turkey and Protection from Fossil Fuel Price Fluctuations

This report analyses how increasing the share of renewable energy sources in electricity generation in Turkey has affected industrial electricity prices in the past and how it may affect them in the future. These effects are measured for both wholesale and retail electricity prices. In addition, positive socio-economic impacts are also measured in terms of job creation, GDP growth, and disinflation.
