Prepared in collaboration with the SHURA Energy Transition Center and the Turkish Wind Energy Association (TÜREB), this report aims to contribute to the design of an effective tender system for the offshore wind energy YEKA mechanism in Turkey. The study examines international best practices and offers recommendations on all aspects of YEKA mechanism tenders, from comprehensive analysis and the necessary metrics for a realistic bid to the technical and financial adequacy of applicants.
